M.D. Laracy Construction LLC uses the information you send to review your project and get back to you. There are no customer accounts or marketing subscriptions.
What is collected
The form collects your project description, town or ZIP code, name and your preferred contact information. A phone number is required for a call or text, or an email address for email. You may provide both. A confirmation email is sent only if you provide an email address. Budget, timing, notes, photos and one short video are optional. An unfinished draft is saved in this browser. Drafts expire after seven days and are cleared the next time you open the form. File names and upload receipts can be saved with a draft; file contents are not saved in browser storage. You can clear a draft by clearing this site’s browser data.
Who can see it
Matt receives the project details by email. Photos and video stay in private Cloudflare R2 storage. The email contains a private review link valid for seven days. Anyone you or Matt share that link with can use it until it expires, so please keep it private. Media requests require the private review session; files have no public URL.
Cloudflare provides hosting, D1 database storage and private R2 media storage. Resend delivers the owner’s email notification. These providers process information to operate the service. Customer information is not sold or used for advertising. This site does not load advertising or third-party analytics.
Retention
Automatic deletion of saved inquiries and uploaded media is off until Matt confirms the retention period. Matt can manually delete an inquiry and its files from the private review page. Rejected files are never made available for review. Email notifications and separately downloaded files must be removed separately.
Request deletion
Ask Matt using the same contact route you used for your project. You can also send a deletion request through the project form; include your reference number and the original contact information so Matt can verify the request. Matt can permanently delete the inquiry and its uploaded files from the private review page.
Spam protection and security
Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to help prevent automated spam. Short-lived technical data and a rotating hash of the connection address help limit abuse; the application does not store your raw IP address. Credentials remain on the server. A secure browser session is used only to open the owner’s private review link.
